What's New — Week of August 17

✨ New

Atlas can set up more of your practice for you — ask Atlas to update your org profile, add a location, set working hours, turn on branding, configure onboarding, or create an intake form or booking link — no digging through Settings required.

Atlas now answers "how do I…" questions — Atlas can search Ready Practice's help documentation, so it can walk you through a task, not just perform it.

AI-drafted appeal letters for denied claims — from the denials worklist, one click now drafts a payer-ready reconsideration letter using the claim, the denial reason, and the client's clinical notes.

Self-serve business texting setup — register your clinic for compliant SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC) right from Settings, with auto-generated, carrier-compliant Privacy Policy and Terms pages and a clear breakdown of registration and per-message costs.

Custom domains for booking pages — point your own domain at your Ready Practice booking page.

⚡ Improved

Insurance coverage is visible everywhere you need it — coverage and copay details now show on the Insurance card, at booking, on the calendar, and at check-in, and refresh automatically overnight and when appointments are booked — so front desk staff rarely have to click "check now."

A clearer billing page — the Billing tab now opens to a compact KPI strip and tabs organized by task (Bill & Collect, Claims, Transactions), plus new badges that flag claims at risk of missing their filing deadline.

Faster, more reliable checkout options — charge a client's account balance directly from the Charge Client window, now with a searchable product and billing-code catalog.

Superbills now save automatically to the client's Documents when issued, so both your team and the client always have a copy on hand.

Branded, clearer appointment emails — confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails now carry your clinic's branding and speak directly to whoever's reading them (client or provider), and your clinic's name now shows correctly as the sender.

Faster public booking pages — appointment time slots load without the delay some visitors were seeing.

AI usage is easier to understand — your usage summary now breaks down AI costs by category (Atlas, Scribe, Website AI, and more) instead of one combined number.

What's New — Week of July 13

Rescheduling now looks and feels like booking — When you reschedule an appointment, you'll see the same clean slot layout used for new bookings. You can also now reschedule to the appointment's date or any later date, not just that single day.

Trends now match the calendar — Weekly, monthly, and yearly trend views line up with real calendar periods (Monday–Sunday weeks, full months, full years), and you can swipe back to see accurate data for past periods.

Clearer, more complete health charts — Weight, body fat, water, waist, and VO2 max now appear correctly in health trends wherever your clinic has them enabled. Lab and metric charts also got tidier date labels, consistent color coding, and benchmark numbers that always match the chart.

More stable biomarker numbers — The headline number on biomarker tracking now reflects the last full week's average, so it stays consistent with the graph instead of swinging based on a single day.

Meal and measurement logging now count toward your progress — Marking a meal as eaten or scanning it now updates your actual progress instead of just showing a confirmation. Multiple recommended meals appear as a swipeable set of cards, and measurement logs show the unit (like mg/dL) right next to each value.

See your protocol results at a glance — Protocol details now include a results card showing adherence percentage and before-and-after biomarker changes. Activities completed automatically by attending a booked session are now labeled "Completed via your session."

Fresher, more relevant insights — "Worth a look" insights on your health home now age out after two weeks, so you'll always see a current signal instead of the same one every day. Serious flags now point you straight to messaging your care team; lighter items suggest asking the Health Assistant.

More flexible client offers — The Offers tab now supports trial days, free sessions, or package quantities, with a live preview, a working shareable link, and redemption tracking.

Faster payer setup, better membership reports — When a scanned or typed insurance payer isn't in your list yet, Ready Practice now suggests a match you can link with one click. The Active Members report also now includes a row for each member — name, email, location, membership, and price — instead of just totals.

Your brand, throughout the client experience — Client app onboarding now automatically picks up your clinic's colors, fonts, and logo, with a more polished welcome flow. You can manage all of this — plus available-times layout — from the new Client Apps settings, with a live preview.

✨ New

A safe way to retire client records — archive departed clients with their full history retained for the 10-year clinical retention period, or permanently delete test records — each behind its own clear, confirmed flow.

Atlas answers simple questions instantly — quick lookups ("what was her last weight?") come back in a snap, while complex questions still get Atlas's full attention.
