What's New — Week of August 17

✨ New

Atlas can set up more of your practice for you — ask Atlas to update your org profile, add a location, set working hours, turn on branding, configure onboarding, or create an intake form or booking link — no digging through Settings required.

Atlas now answers "how do I…" questions — Atlas can search Ready Practice's help documentation, so it can walk you through a task, not just perform it.

AI-drafted appeal letters for denied claims — from the denials worklist, one click now drafts a payer-ready reconsideration letter using the claim, the denial reason, and the client's clinical notes.

Self-serve business texting setup — register your clinic for compliant SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC) right from Settings, with auto-generated, carrier-compliant Privacy Policy and Terms pages and a clear breakdown of registration and per-message costs.

Custom domains for booking pages — point your own domain at your Ready Practice booking page.

⚡ Improved

Insurance coverage is visible everywhere you need it — coverage and copay details now show on the Insurance card, at booking, on the calendar, and at check-in, and refresh automatically overnight and when appointments are booked — so front desk staff rarely have to click "check now."

A clearer billing page — the Billing tab now opens to a compact KPI strip and tabs organized by task (Bill & Collect, Claims, Transactions), plus new badges that flag claims at risk of missing their filing deadline.

Faster, more reliable checkout options — charge a client's account balance directly from the Charge Client window, now with a searchable product and billing-code catalog.

Superbills now save automatically to the client's Documents when issued, so both your team and the client always have a copy on hand.

Branded, clearer appointment emails — confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails now carry your clinic's branding and speak directly to whoever's reading them (client or provider), and your clinic's name now shows correctly as the sender.

Faster public booking pages — appointment time slots load without the delay some visitors were seeing.

AI usage is easier to understand — your usage summary now breaks down AI costs by category (Atlas, Scribe, Website AI, and more) instead of one combined number.

What's New — Week of July 27

✨ New

New insurance billing setup for services — Set default billing codes, modifiers, and units for each service, mark it cash-only or insurance-billable, and set a place-of-service override — all right in the service editor.

More control over insurance claims — Toggle assignment-of-benefits, override the rendering provider, and see network status (in/out/unknown) directly on the insurance form.

Knowledge Base articles are now editable — Update any Knowledge Base item's content and audience (Staff, Clients, or Both) after it's created, no need to delete and start over.

⚡ Improved

Required forms on services now save correctly — When you set required forms for a service, they'll stick — no more forms disappearing from the editor after saving.

Appointment status is honest again — Appointment details now clearly show Booked, Confirmed, or Canceled, and the Confirm button is back so you can mark appointments confirmed with one click.

Doctors can now upload their own profile photos — Staff with the Medical role can update their profile picture directly, no admin help needed.

Welcome screens always show your clinic's own content — New clients now always see your clinic's actual welcome message, never placeholder demo content.

⚡ Improved

A smoother, more stable app — We fixed a wide range of crash-causing bugs across the Growth Suite and other parts of the app, so things run more reliably.

Clearer on-screen messages — Pop-up alerts have been replaced with cleaner toast notifications that show up without interrupting what you're doing.

More accurate Growth Suite reports — We corrected how gender data and session counts are calculated, so your analytics numbers reflect reality more precisely.

Smoother loading screens — Pages now show a light loading placeholder while data loads, instead of a blank screen.

What's New — Week of January 5

✨ New

Waitlists and easier date browsing in booking — Clients can now join a waitlist when a preferred time is full, and move between dates with simple navigation arrows.

Smarter location picker for booking — The booking screen now shows which locations you can book at, highlights your primary location, and clearly marks locations that aren't available to you.

⚡ Improved

Clearer booking details — Appointments now display the correct length and coach name, so it's easier to confirm you're booking the right session.

Booking windows match your membership — How far ahead you can book now follows your membership's actual policy, instead of a fixed window.

More control over your account — Clients can now update their name, phone number, and address, change their password, and upload a profile photo right from their account page.

Document previews load properly — Documents now open reliably for preview instead of failing in the browser.

Better calendar tools for staff — Flow Web's calendar now supports multi-select filters and holiday blocking, making it easier to manage complex schedules.

Staff can upload client photos — Client photos can now be added directly from Flow Web.

Documents show up where they should — Files uploaded for a client now reliably appear in their activity feed for staff to see.

What's New — Week of December 29

✨ New

Referral code signup — Clients can now enter a referral code when signing up on their clinic's sign-up page, which can automatically connect them to the right membership.

⚡ Improved

Clearer sign-up experience — Clinic logos now load reliably on the sign-up page, and the referral code field is simpler, with a clearer placeholder and less clutter.

Better sign-in link messages — If a sign-in link has expired or already been used, you'll now see a clear, helpful message explaining what to do next.
