What's New — Week of August 24
✨ New
Buy session-bundle packages right in the shop — Clients can now purchase one-time session-credit packages alongside products and lab panels, all in one consistent shop grid with images. Staff can grant, view, and revoke packages directly from a client's profile.
Pause and resume your own membership — Clients can pause or resume their membership from the app, and clinics get four separate controls (upgrade, downgrade, pause, resume) to decide exactly what self-service is allowed.
Log meals by typing or talking — The nutrition diary now has a "Describe" option, so a meal can be entered by text or voice instead of only a photo.
Set daily nutrition goals for clients — Staff can now set calorie, protein, carb, fat, and water targets right on a client's profile.
Atlas can explain intake form requirements — Ask Atlas what's required on a form, and it can now read the form's structure to answer.
View and save remittance statements as a PDF — Billers can now open a clean, printable statement for any remittance, including claims your clinic submitted directly through Ready Practice.
One clinic, one custom booking domain — Set a custom domain once for your clinic, and it now serves all of your booking pages — with a directory at the root so visitors can pick the right one.
⚡ Improved
Appointment confirmations and reschedules work as expected — Clients can now confirm their own appointments, and rescheduling sends the proper notification instead of going silent.
Reminders are more reliable — Appointment reminders retry after a temporary send failure instead of disappearing, and no longer go out for cancelled sessions or to the wrong recipients.
Claims and billing details are clearer — The Claims tab now shows a pipeline of where each claim stands (awaiting payer, accepted, paid), and per-code billed/allowed/paid detail is visible on both claims and remittances.
Drag-and-drop to reorder your services — Reordering services in the marketplace now also updates the order clients see when booking.
Lab uploads now capture more — Body composition, VO2max, and RMR reports are now extracted automatically instead of requiring manual entry.
Communication preferences moved into Preferences — Marketing email and SMS toggles now live directly on the main Preferences screen, no extra tap required.
