New insurance billing setup for services — Set default billing codes, modifiers, and units for each service, mark it cash-only or insurance-billable, and set a place-of-service override — all right in the service editor.

More control over insurance claims — Toggle assignment-of-benefits, override the rendering provider, and see network status (in/out/unknown) directly on the insurance form.

Knowledge Base articles are now editable — Update any Knowledge Base item's content and audience (Staff, Clients, or Both) after it's created, no need to delete and start over.

Required forms on services now save correctly — When you set required forms for a service, they'll stick — no more forms disappearing from the editor after saving.

Appointment status is honest again — Appointment details now clearly show Booked, Confirmed, or Canceled, and the Confirm button is back so you can mark appointments confirmed with one click.

Doctors can now upload their own profile photos — Staff with the Medical role can update their profile picture directly, no admin help needed.

Welcome screens always show your clinic's own content — New clients now always see your clinic's actual welcome message, never placeholder demo content.
