Link an Appointment to a Program

What It Does​

From an appointment's details, staff can associate that appointment with one of the client's active programs. This ties a one-off (or already-booked) visit to the program it belongs to, so the visit counts as part of that plan of care rather than floating on its own.

Who uses it: clinicians / front desk — when a booked appointment should be recognised as part of a client's ongoing program.

How It Works​

  1. Open the appointment's details drawer.
  2. Use the "Link to program" selector — it loads the client's active programs and lets staff pick one (or clear the link to unlink).
  3. Saving attaches the appointment to the chosen program; clearing it removes the association.
