Chat Blast
What It Does
Chat Blast lets staff send one message to many clients at once — but only the right clients. Staff build a filtered audience (by membership, client status, insurance payer, or booking/service behaviour), review the exact recipient list, and send. The message goes out from the clinic as "Care Team", lands in each recipient's chat, and pushes a notification. Crucially, it does not spam staff — a blast is one-directional to clients, not a group thread everyone gets buried in.
Who uses it: front desk / owners / marketers (re-engage lapsed clients, announce a schedule change, promote a service to a segment).
How It Works
- Compose — write the message and build the audience with filter conditions: membership, client status (active/paused/etc.), payer, or service-behaviour (e.g. hasn't booked recently). A live recipient count updates as filters change.
- Review — step 2 shows the resolved recipient list before anything sends, so nobody is messaged by accident.
- Send — the blast is delivered into each recipient's client chat as the Care Team (the practice), and each recipient gets a push notification.
- History & duplicate — every blast is saved to a Sent history; staff can duplicate a past blast to reuse its audience and copy.
Because the message writes into each client's individual chat thread, staff inboxes aren't flooded — the reply (if any) comes back as a normal 1:1 conversation.
