Guest Invites
What It Does
When a client books an appointment and adds a guest (a name + email — a partner, a friend they're bringing), that guest now gets two things automatically: a branded invite email with a calendar file so the appointment lands on their calendar, and a spot in the clinic's leads list as a captured lead. It turns "I'm bringing someone" into both a real invitation for the guest and a warm lead for the practice — no manual follow-up.
Who uses it: clients (add the guest when booking) and the practice (the guest shows up as a lead to follow up with). It works from every booking surface — the mobile app, the client portal, and staff booking in Ready Practice.
How It Works
- A client books and adds one or more guests (name + email) on the booking screen (app, portal, or staff booking drawer).
- On booking, each guest with an email is emailed a branded invite (in the clinic's branding) with a calendar invite attachment for the appointment.
- The same guest is captured as a lead in the clinic's leads list, so the practice can nurture them like any other lead.
- Guests added without an email are still recorded on the appointment but aren't emailed or turned into a lead.
