AI Scribe

AI Scribe listens to a visit and auto‑drafts your clinical note, so you finish charting in seconds instead of after hours.

Turn it on​

  • Enable Scribe in Settings → Atlas AI (or Client Apps → AI features).
  • Grant microphone permission on the device you'll use for visits.

Where you can use it​

  • In‑person visits / notes — start Scribe from the appointment or the note editor; it captures the conversation and drafts the note for your review and edit.
  • Telehealth — Scribe runs alongside a Zoom or Google Meet virtual visit.

How it works​

  1. Start Scribe at the beginning of the visit.
  2. It transcribes (PHI‑aware) and structures a draft note.
  3. You review, edit, and sign — nothing is filed without your approval.

Cost​

Scribe is metered per minute. See Billing & Costs → AI usage for included minutes and overage.
