Step 8 — Marketplace & Shop
Your shop lets clients buy things beyond appointments — physical products, lab panels they order themselves, and promotional offers — all paid through your connected payment account. This is optional: if you only sell services, you can skip it and mark it skipped.
Set everything here up under Settings, and it appears in the in-app shop your clients already use.
Say "Atlas, add a product to my shop" or "create a new-client offer" and it will set it up for your review.
A. Products
A product is anything physical you sell — supplements, equipment, a bundled package. Add each product with a name, price, and short description, and it shows up in the client's shop. When a client buys, the charge runs through the same connected payment account you use for bookings, so the money lands in the same place with no extra setup.
B. Lab panels (labs in the shop)
A lab panel is a set of lab tests a client can purchase and order themselves — no requisition trip required. Once you publish a panel (through your lab integration), a client buys it in the shop and picks how to collect: a home test kit, a walk-in draw, or at-home phlebotomy. Results flow back into the client's record automatically, so a purchase turns into data you can act on.
This is a fast way to add a revenue line and get objective data on clients without adding appointments.
C. Offers
An offer is a promotion you surface to prospects and clients — a discount, an intro package, or a referral reward. Each offer can have its own public claim page you share in a link or campaign, so an offer doubles as a growth tool, not just a discount.
Offers, referral rewards, and campaigns all live in the Growth Suite too — the shop is where clients buy; Growth is where you promote.
Your marketplace checklist
- Products added and visible in the shop
- Lab panels published (if you offer labs)
- At least one offer live (optional)
