Client Onboarding

How to invite clients, assign memberships, and book their first session.

A. Invite a Client

  1. Go to Clients → Invite.
  2. Enter client name and email/phone.
  3. (Optional) Assign a membership and home location.
  4. Send invite.

B. Client Registration Flow

  1. Client opens invite, verifies email, and creates an account.
  2. Completes profile: DOB, contact info, consents.
  3. (Optional) Uploads profile photo.

C. Connect Health Data (optional)

  1. In the app, go to Health Data → Connect.
  2. Choose Apple Health/Google Fit and follow authorization prompts.

D. Assign Membership and Location Access

  1. From the client profile → Memberships → Assign membership.
  2. Confirm location access matches where they’ll book.

E. Book the First Session

  1. Client books in-app or staff books on their behalf.
  2. For Remote services, confirm the Zoom “Join” button appears on the event.
  3. Client receives confirmation and reminders per clinic settings.
