Branding & White-Label
Your clients should feel like they're using your clinic's app — not a generic platform. Branding (also called white-label) lets you set your colors, fonts, logo, and light/dark look so that everything a client sees — the mobile app, your booking pages, and the emails they receive — carries your identity. You set it once in the Provider web portal, and it flows through every client-facing surface automatically.
This page shows you where to set each option, what it affects, and how to have Atlas (your AI assistant) apply a whole brand for you from a simple description.
What you can brand
Everything below lives in one place — Settings → Client Apps → Branding — and updates a live preview as you change it, so you can see the result before you save.
- Brand color — your primary color, used for buttons, links, highlights, and the app's accents. This is the single biggest driver of how "yours" the app feels.
- Accent color — a secondary color for smaller touches and states. If you're unsure, leave it close to your brand color.
- Heading font and body font — chosen from a curated set (Fraunces, Playfair Display, Inter, DM Sans, Sora). Headings can be expressive; body text should stay easy to read.
- Logo — shown in the app header, on booking pages, and on generated PDFs.
- Appearance (light / dark) and background tone — the mobile app's default light or dark mode and its canvas color. (The web portal always uses a light theme; these two options affect the mobile app.)
Your brand color, fonts, and logo apply to the client mobile app, your public booking pages (including any white-label booking domain), and client-facing emails. Your staff-facing Provider portal keeps a consistent working theme so your team's experience doesn't change per clinic.
The logo you set here brands what clients see. Your organization's name and clinic logo — used across the platform itself — live separately under Settings → Organization, in the Branding card at the top of that page. If you change your logo, update both spots so everything matches.
Set your branding
-
In the Provider web portal, open Settings → Client Apps and click the Branding sub-tab. Under App Branding & Onboarding you'll see the branding controls on the left and a live phone preview on the right that reflects each change immediately.
-
Set your brand color by entering your hex code (for example,
#0E8C8B) or picking from the color field. The preview's buttons, links, and highlights update to your color as you type. Set the accent color the same way, or leave it near your brand color for a clean, single-color look. -
Choose your heading and body fonts from the curated list. The preview re-renders in the new fonts so you can judge readability before committing.
-
Upload your logo by clicking the logo tile and choosing an image. A horizontal logo with a transparent background looks best, since it appears at a small height in the app header and on PDFs.
-
Choose the mobile app's default appearance (light or dark) and, if you want, adjust the background tone. The preview switches to that mode so you can confirm your colors still read well against it.
-
Click Save. Your branding is stored and applies to new client-app sessions, your booking pages, and client emails. Clients already in the app pick up the change the next time their app refreshes.
If you plan to offer dark mode, glance at the preview in both appearances before saving. A very light brand color can wash out on a dark canvas (and vice-versa). If your color looks faint, nudge it slightly darker or more saturated so buttons and links stay legible.
Use PNG (preferred) or JPG, under 10 MB, and avoid HEIC (it won't render in the app or on PDFs). A transparent-background PNG is best so your logo sits cleanly on any header color.
Have Atlas do it for you
You don't have to click through every field. Tell Atlas what you want and it will draft the branding change for you to approve.
"Set our brand color to
#0E8C8B, use Fraunces for headings and Inter for body, and turn on dark mode as the default."
Atlas will prepare the update and show you exactly what it's changing before anything is saved.
So Atlas can set your branding, have any of these ready (all optional — Atlas only changes what you mention):
- Brand color and accent color as hex codes (e.g.
#0E8C8B). - Heading font and body font from the curated set (Fraunces, Playfair Display, Inter, DM Sans, Sora).
- Appearance: light or dark as the app default.
- For the logo, upload the file in Settings → Client Apps → Branding yourself — Atlas can set colors, fonts, and appearance, but image uploads are done in the portal.
Next steps
- Make your booking link match → set up a white-label booking page and custom domain in Booking Links.
- Brand the mobile app shell → configure app name and section visibility in Client Apps.
- Check your emails carry the brand → appointment and welcome emails use your logo, colors, and clinic name automatically once branding is set.
