ROADMAP.md — RETIRED (2026-07-15)

This file is no longer the roadmap. The GitHub board(s) are the single source of truth: the Ready Practice board (org Basis-Health, Project #7) + the master checklist.

Why it was retired

A Markdown roadmap drifts from reality — tasks got built but their status: never updated, so the Nightly Orchestrator kept spawning stale ghost issues for already-shipped work (e.g. the 114-day clinical-audit orphans #49/#50). The board can't drift: an issue's state is its status.

What happened to the tasks

• The 67 genuinely-pending tasks (verified by audit — phases 2.5→13: domain migration, SMS/Twilio, superbills/RCM, Forge SDK, DoseSpot, MDI, CRO, supplies, staffing) were migrated to the board's Ideas column (issues #412–#478), labeled roadmap-import + priority.
• The ~5 already-shipped tasks were dropped (they were done).
• The Nightly Orchestrator's ROADMAP parsing is retired — it is being rebuilt board-driven (picks the highest-priority Todo item → triage → build). See the Autonomy-gap epic (#479).

The flow now

Ideas (backlog)  →  Todo (committed)  →  [orchestrator autopick OR you flag agent:build]
                 →  Triage → Build Agent → Human Review → deploy

How to add roadmap work

Create a board issue (via .github/scripts/board.sh create or the intake router) — do not add tasks here. This file is kept only as a tombstone + historical pointer; see git history for the original 102-task YAML.
