Growth & GTM

How we acquire and expand clinics — the autonomous growth engine and the go-to-market principles behind it.

Go-to-market principles

The positioning and strategy: gtm-principles. Growth levers and response patterns: growth-signals-playbook.

The growth engine

A weekly autonomous publishing loop (social, press, email, Slack) with a +10% week-over-week target on leading metrics (impressions, clicks, followers, subscribers, sessions). Architecture: growth-marketing-engine · GROWTH_MODULE_ARCHITECTURE · scope in growth-suite-scoping.

The content loop (standing instruction)

When ≥3 user-facing features sit unannounced in growth-content-backlog (or a week has passed), proactively prompt George for the weekly content bundle. On yes, the growth-content skill produces copy-paste-ready posts (LinkedIn, email, X, blog/changelog, + YouTube/IG repurpose). The backlog is fed by shipped features via FEATURES.md.

Planned / in-flight

  • AI Call Center (ElevenLabs + Twilio) — configurable prompts, CRM integration.
  • Chatbot embed + website (shipped on wt/growth; Netlify service-account key was the render blocker).
  • Persona personalization loop (lead → persona → LLM variant authoring).
  • Editorial calendar: editorial-calendar-2026H2.

Adjacent

Third-party / competitor intel tracking (GCP/Stedi changelogs, competitor newsletters) is #573 and feeds the internal KB — see Knowledge Base Vision.

Gap

No case studies, ROI proof, or pricing/positioning pages for the public site yet — the biggest content gap for converting clinics.
