Brand & Voice

Who we are and how we speak. This is one of the thinnest sections by real source material — flagged honestly below.

Naming (this is settled)

  • Public brand: "Ready Practice" (was Basis).
  • The AI is "Atlas"; the client-facing label is "Health Assistant", never "Basis AI".
  • Internal / code names persist (Basis Flow Web, Basis Hybrid, basis-functions) — see the surface table in Product.

Voice — where it actually lives today

The most concrete, real articulation of voice is the consumer AI personality: basis-functions/functions/src/prompts/consumer/soul.md — the tone/style definition for how Atlas speaks to patients. That prompt is the closest thing we have to a written voice guide, and it's a good seed for a general one.

Visual identity

Brand tokens are generated in CI (.github/workflows/brand-tokens.yml, validated by check-brand-tokens.sh) and consumed as --rp-* CSS variables (web) and AppTokens (Flutter, context.tokens — never hex). White-label per clinic overrides brand color, background, fonts, logo. Design system: hybrid/basisflow-web/DESIGN_SYSTEM.md.

Gap — this section needs real content

There is no written brand guide covering: mission/positioning statement, voice & tone principles (adjectives, do/don't, example rewrites), a logo/color/font asset kit, or brand-usage guidelines for partners/resellers. What exists is scattered (the soul.md prompt, brand tokens, the "Ready Practice / Atlas / Health Assistant" naming rule).

To fill this honestly: extract the voice principles already implied by soul.md and the growth content, write them down, and assemble the asset kit. Until then, this page points at the real fragments rather than inventing a brand bible.
